" I did not know much about the Old Bridge in Bosnia. Early 2025, however, the UK organisation Cities and Memories gave me a field recording of the place due to my participation to one of their projects. The bridge was an obvious intrigue as it contains rich history of the region. I created materials from the field recording in addition to other synthetic sounds of mine, and used them fully in this 20 mins piece. Hopefully, it can evoke complexities of emotions sealed in that particular bridge. This is a volumiphonic 32c (acousmatic) composition, so the submission file is a stereo reduction. I have borrowed the tiltle CONCERTINO from the work of my late composition professor, Yasuo Sueyoshi, who is no longer with us. "
